Demo on fictional data
Inbox triage
This is a demo on fictional data that shows thirty made-up messages sorted into five lanes (invoice, lead, needs a reply, newsletter, looks like phishing) with the reason for each, which you confirm one by one.

Thirty made-up messages to Sample Landscaping Co. Rules (keywords and a few checks on links and sender addresses) put each one in a lane and say why. This is a rules demo; production would add a model and your own rules. Nothing is deleted: suspected phishing is only flagged.
| Message | Lane | Why | Your decision |
|---|
The phishing signs the rules look for
- Sender mismatch. The display name claims a bank, supplier or service, but the address is on a different domain.
- Urgency. Words like urgent, suspended, final notice, immediately or within 24 hours.
- Payment or login request. Asks to update bank details, wire money, buy gift cards or confirm a password.
- Link mismatch. The link text shows one address and the link goes to another.
Two or more signs put a message in the phishing lane. One sign is shown as a warning in the other lanes. These checks teach the pattern; they are not a security product, and we don't sell security services.
What this shows, and what it does not
What this shows
- Each message gets a lane and a stated reason.
- Suspected phishing is flagged with the signs that triggered it. Nothing is deleted.
- A person confirms or moves every message.
What it does not show
- This is a rules demo. Production would add a model and your own rules.
- It is not a security product, and we don't sell security services.
- No hours-saved figure appears here because none was measured.
