Demos

Demos on fictional data

Every demo here runs in your browser on made-up data. Nothing is sent, saved or tracked. The page's own security policy forbids network requests, and the counter at the top of each demo shows it holding.

Each one shows the shape of a piece of client work: the agent drafts, a named person approves, the log stays with you. Each also says plainly what it does not show.

All demos

  • Receipt and invoice extraction

Ten made-up receipts become fields with a confidence score. Low scores go to a needs-review queue.

    For: Owners; Prototype Sprint buyers

  • Lead follow-up with an approval queue

Eight made-up leads, a drafted reply for each, and an approve, edit or reject decision per draft. Nothing is sent.

    For: Owners

  • RFP requirements to a compliance matrix

A made-up RFP is split into shall, must and required-to statements, one row each, every row Unknown until a person decides.

    For: Regulated buyers

  • Inbox triage

Thirty made-up messages sorted into lanes, with the phishing signs each suspect message shows.

    For: Owners

  • Isolation leak test

Two made-up clients, twelve test queries, pass or fail, and a switch that breaks isolation so you can watch the test catch it.

    For: Technical buyer, risk approver

  • Cost per approved document

Every assumption is editable and labelled. See cloud and local cost per approved document, and where they cross.

    For: Executive buyer

  • Friday hours

List your repeat tasks, minutes and frequency. See the weekly total and the top three to bring to a Friday Finder call.

    For: Owners

  • Governance policy builder

Pick an approver, a data boundary, logging and change rules. Get a one-page draft policy and a list of what still needs a decision.

For: Risk approver, Production Readiness buyers

  • Approval log viewer

A generated log of 200 made-up decisions. Filter by approver, outcome and reason; stop-and-flag rows stand out.

    For: Risk approver

  • Model comparison scorecard

Three unnamed configurations scored on 25 made-up test items. A regression against the baseline blocks the release.

    For: Technical buyer

  • Before-and-after time log

Log your own minutes before and after. See the median and the range, not the best case.

    For: Sprint clients

The rules every demo follows

  • "Demo on fictional data" appears above the title and in the page title.
  • The logic is rules, templates or a small heuristic, and each page says so. Nobody should mistake a regular expression for a model.
  • No number reads as a result a client achieved. Derived numbers come from the figures on the page or the ones you enter.
  • Nothing is sent or saved. The only exception is the time-log demo, which can keep your entries in this browser if you switch that on.
  • Every action works from the keyboard, results are announced to screen readers, and Reset restores the starting data.
  • Each demo lists what it does not show.

The "0 requests" counter

Each demo shows "Requests since you opened this page", which counts every attempt the page makes to fetch, post or open a connection after it loads, plus anything the browser loads on its behalf. It stays at 0 because the page's Content-Security-Policy (connect-src 'none') forbids those requests, and nothing in the demo tries one. If something ever did, the counter would show it and the browser would block it.

Use the demos offline

Install a copy of the demo pages in this browser, then switch off your network: they keep working, which is the plainest proof that no data leaves the page. Installing is optional and the copy holds no data about you.
